Generous breakfast and great food selection. Generous-sized huge rooms, attentive staff, excellent location.

I recently stayed at Grande Vue, a gorgeous property in an excellent location with stunning views of the harbour. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a great view. The other areas of the house, such as the sitting room, looked amazing although I didn't have the chance to use them. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and extra treats, and having a coffee machine in the room was a very welcome addition for us coffee lovers. the period home was elegantly modernised, immaculately clean, and I would definitely go back without hesitation!

We loved watching movies on the big screen and snuggling up together on the comfortable couches in the living room. The LCD televisions and DVD players provided endless entertainment for the kids. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families to enjoy.

The studio room I stayed in at Grande Vue was absolutely beautiful. The king size bed was so comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated towel rails was a luxurious touch. I loved the mini bar and the tea and light meal facilities in the room. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right there.

While I enjoyed everything about the room, I personally didn't use the spa bath. But I know that others might find it a great addition to their stay.

Very picturesque area, central location so close to things to see in Hobart and most attractions in Hobart. Nearby Shipwright's Arms - great place to chill out.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The rooms offer amazing views and are equipped with all conveniences, making it the nicest room we stayed in during our time in Tasmania. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the Hobart harbour area and the Battery Point area. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast offered is delicious. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet street surrounded by historic homes, making it a peaceful and charming location. It is within walking distance of stunning cafes and boutique shops, and the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay.

While the rooms were attractively decorated and had excellent facilities , some aspects could be improved. In particular, loose cereal in open containers on the shelves is unappealing and a proper king bed would be appreciated rather than two singles pushed together.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the most beautiful suburb of Hobart, Battery Point. The rooms offer fantastic views over the harbour, making it the perfect place to wake up each morning. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service throughout your stay. The attention to detail is impeccable, with high-quality toiletries and a breakfast that leaves you satisfied for the day. The location is very convenient, allowing easy access to Hobart harbour area and the nearby Salamanca markets. It truly exceeded our expectations and provided the most spectacular views we had in Tasmania.
